HR Assistant

Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an exciting digital & technology business in Swindon for a HR Assistant to join a busy and growing HR function.
This position will report into a Head of HR, and work closely with a HRBP supporting an employee base of circa 130 people. This is a fantastic position for somebody with a strong administrative background, who thrives working in a fast paced and innovativeenvironment.
Please note, this position is due to start on Monday 6th March therefore you must be available to start on this date to be considered for the role. This is initially a 5 week contract.
**Responsibilities of the HR Assistant include but are not limited to**:
- Acting as a 1st point of contact for all HR and training queries.
- Coordinating weekly HR team meetings and minuting during these meetings.
- Keeping employee files and documentation continually up to date using an internal HR system.
- HR administrative tasks including processing levers, setting up exit interviews, updating sickness records and running HR data reports.
- Supporting the HR team with coordinating and delivering training to employees.
**Your Profile**:
- Strong proven administration experience. Experience in HR is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem solve effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate, with strong MS office and HRIS skills.
