**Robert Walters Group: Finance Graduate - Birmingham - £20,000 - £22,000 - Permanent**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading business in their recruitment of a Finance Graduate paying £18k - £22k + Study Support. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.

**Key responsibilities of the Finance Graduate**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly Management Information Pack for inclusion and distribution to the Board.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly rolling forecasts and annual budget process, supporting additional analysis where required.
- Focus on increasing profitability and continuous improvement by analysing and challenging current practices and processes.
- Assist in the production of statutory accounts
- Maintain and update various basic financial models.
- Assist the Finance Business Partners with supporting non-financial managers with other financial aspects within the business.
- Complete Balance Sheet account reconciliations.

**About you as the Finance Graduate**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and to conflicting tight deadlines
- Educated to Degree standard - BA Honours (or equivalent), preferably Finance/Accounting/Business related
This position would best a recent graduate who has completed a placement year in a similar field and is looking to pursue a professional qualification.
