The Role - What You'll Be Doing As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with senior professionals on a wide range of corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis & Valuations - Conducting company valuations, financial modelling, and sector research. Transaction Support - Assisting in M&A deals, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects. Market Research & Intelligence - Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Client Presentations & Reports - Preparing pitch materials, buyer lists, and acquisition target analyses. Deal Origination & Business Development - Identifying new clients and supporting marketing initiatives. Professional Training & ICAEW Qualification - Becoming a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with full sponsorship and support from Heligan Group. Who We’re Looking For Degree: 2:1 or above (achieved or predicted) Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026 Equivalent of 112 UCAS points. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly. Commercial awareness, with an interest in UK business, finance, and investment trends. Proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
