**Network Rail - Business Support Administrator

Location: Hybrid working and 0ffice is based in York - Toft Green (Y01 6JT)

**Salary**: £11.60PH
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday (37 hours) 9am-5pm**
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension or opportunities within Network rail.
**Role Overview**:
Brook street are currently recruiting for a full time business support administrator to join the team at Network rail based in York. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that offers training and a great working environment.

You will be working within the supply business team for business customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR Administration support to the team to facilitate the delivery of the people/HR plans.
- Support HR Business Partner in administration relating to the people/HR plans.
- Provide administrative support to the supported Business Partner teams for Organisation Change programmes including note taking and coordination of consultation meetings and documentation production.
- Support the associated HR Business Partner team/s with ad hoc administrative activity relating to operational and value added HR activity
- Coordination and note taking/recording of key actions for Area/Local council meetings as required.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible.
- IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Experience of event coordination.
