We are proud to announce that we are expanding our business and are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner** **to join our successful Response Business based in** Burnley.** We specialise in providing day to day reactive response and maintenance services for our reputable Social Housing clients. **The Multi Trade Joiner role**:

- Undertaking multi trade work in joinery predominantly, but can also complete patch plastering, tiling, and plumbing repair works in the domestic setting, when completing void programmes of works.
- Specifically, you’ll be completing a target output of 6 jobs per day, attending reactive, emergency and routine repairs as well as planned refurbishment jobs on occasions.
- The ability to work professionally and considerately within people’s homes in a customer facing environment.

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Joiner?**
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level, or similar professional body, in carpentry
- Able to undertake work in joinery, plumbing, plastering and tiling to a professional standard in the domestic setting
- Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence is essential.
