**WHAT YOU’LL DO**- The Safety Management Centre is a Contact Centre for our colleagues to report incidents and ask for advice and support within our retail shops.

You will be supporting the full delivery of the Safety Management Centre (SMC) services of security, safety and compliance from our office in Nottingham, playing an integral role in the safety and security of our colleagues and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- SMC Support will provide telephone support and assistance to shop colleagues during and post incident, responding to these incidents in a professional manner. Ensuring the correct level of contact is made to Operational and security teams to enable fullsupport to be provided to the colleague/s
- SMC Support will be responsible for carrying out weekly Safety checks of Ladbrokes Coral shops and highlight any areas of concern. This may come in the form of CCTV audits, procedural audits and phone surveys.
- SMC Support will provide assistance to the third-party ARC when required and will ensure the relevant reporting is completed.
- Monitor and download CCTV to assist with internal and external investigations as required.
- Day to day tasks within the 24/7/365 security control room environment. Shift patterns including some nights. Night shift completed from home.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work in fast - paced environment
- A quick thinker and to work under pressure

**WHERE YOU’LL WORK? ?-**

This role is based primarily out of our office in Nottingham, with fab transport links and only a short walk from the historic and bustling City Centre.

The SMC is a 24/7/365 operation and we need you to be able to work a week of nights, on a rota basis (once every 8 weeks) These night shifts will be able to be completed from home.
