Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

We are looking for someone with leadership skills who understands the importance of team. Care for all our staff is very important to us. They also must have confident initiative and a good grasp of our vision.

We are an outstanding country pub with high quality dining rooms. Always forward thinking, we recently won the chamber of commerce family business of the year.

Innovation, local economy and sustainability are very important to us. Our menus are all fresh, creative and seasonally inspired. What sets us apart is our own on site micro brewery, Problem Child Brewing and our beautiful kitchen gardens. We have regular music festivals and events.

We also run an award winning wedding venue, Ashfield House hotel. Progress through the company is encouraged.

Duties include;
Running services

Customer care

Developing team. supervising staff, training staff

Events management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
