We are looking for someone with leadership skills who understands the importance of team work. Care for all our staff is very important to us. They also must have confident initiative and a good grasp of our ever expanding vision.

We are an outstanding award winning country pub with high quality dining rooms. What sets us apart is our own on site micro brewery, Problem Child Brewing, our beautiful kitchen gardens and our regular music festivals and events on our grounds.

We also run an award winning wedding venue, Ashfield House hotel. Progress through the company is encouraged.

Duties include;
Assisting the FOH Manager

Stock control

Maintaining Standards

Stock Ordering

Cellar Management

Customer care

Developing the team. Supervising staff, training staff

Previous bar experience is essential, supervisor experience not essential but preffered. A passion for excellent customer service is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
