**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
An office based administrative assistant with a minimum of 2 years admin experience required for busy lettings only company, based at Princes Dock in Liverpool.
Managing over 350+ properties throughout Merseyside, the successful applicant will have an ability to deal with all aspects of the job. Duties are varied and include advertising of properties, tenancy agreements and renewals, organising property certification, submitting of deposits, property inventories and all related tasks. Must be used to dealing with different types of people to ensure efficient running of the office.
Must be able to work under pressure, have a good work ethic and ensure all jobs are completed within timescale. Working within a small team, communication and team working skills are essential, along with the initiative to work alone. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm. Subject to an initial 6 month period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: From £17,680.00 per year
