**Basic Salary** - £30,000 (OTE £47,000) - More is achievable but this is based on the average current performance of the room.

**Important - **This is not a field sales role
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Plus - One Morning - Alternate weekends

**Who Are You?**
This role is for an Expert Sales Adviser / Solar Energy appointment setter that demands to be financially rewarded.
Are you a sales adviser or appointment setter that works in the Solar & battery space who wants to join a vibrant energetic team that works out of a modern office & wants to be part of a successful team?
You will simply call, qualify & set an appointment for them with our in-house consultants/closers.
**The Process**
1- Our in-house marketing team provide approximately 50 fresh Google Solar enquiry leads per day.
2- You will call the leads and pre-qualify them following a a step by step proven sales process
3- Once qualified, you will set up an online appointment for our consultants.
4- You will work your pipeline of leads & clients daily.
**Your Role**
This role is not your ‘off-the-shelf generic sales role’, you will work in a state-of-the-art office, and work alongside a tight-knit team, and you will be integral & valued part of that team.
You will have an important role in our company.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients your the driving force of our sales process.
The support, training, and advancement that you will receive from ourselves is like no other.
You do not have to generate any leads - this is not cold calling, the leads provided for you are clients who have signed up and shown a specific interest in our products already.
