**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate imaginative and strong ideas, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship across all design elements.
- Take ownership of design work from concept through to development and execution.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and enthusiastically to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop core brand guidelines and assets.
- Design a variety of assets for use across multiple marketing channels.
- Enhance imagery and photographs to elevate design assets.
- Provide creative input into video production.
- Stay up to date with relevant software and industry skills, including AI.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio of recent work demonstrating relevant impact and KPIs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
- Effective interpretation of creative briefs.
- Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, prioritising work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge and interest in AI software.
- Expertise in preparing designed materials for print and digital format.
