Your New RoleAs a Mid‑Weight Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with senior colleagues and multi‑disciplinary teams. You’ll contribute to detailed design, technical documentation, and project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of projects valued between £300k–£10m across diverse sectors.Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.Assist with site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Attend site visits, design team meetings, and client presentations.Ensurepliance with UK Building Regulations and sector‑specific standards.Contribute to collaborative working across disciplines and internal knowledge sharing.Provide support to senior technologists and architects while developing your own technical expertise.What You’ll Need to SucceedDegree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.2–5 years’ experience in a UK architectural practice.Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM experience desirable.Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and specification writing.Excellentmunication and organisational skills.CIAT membership (or working towards) desirable.Ability to work within QA standards and contribute to sustainability objectives.What You’ll Get in ReturnOpportunities for flexible and remote working.25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with long service recognition and festive shutdown.Enhancedpany pension scheme.Health cash plan scheme.Professional membership support.Family policies and wellbeing programmes.Cycle to Work scheme and on‑site parking.Death in service benefit.Early finish Fridays.Additional leave for volunteering.Fully expensed seasonal social events and team‑building activities.Employee referral scheme and working groups.What You Need to Do NowIf you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to forward an up‑to‑date copy of your CV, or call us today.
