"I am a funny, clever and talented individual who is very practical and enjoy making things with my hands. I have a particular interest in woodwork and gardening. I also enjoy photography. I am very active and enjoy football, swimming, going to gigs, or watching DVD's" For this support worker role specifically, you will be tasked with supporting this individual with a number of interests in their day-to-day routine. You will also be responsible for carrying out general household chores, such as the laundry, washing dishes etc We are looking for someone who is resilient and has experience working with individuals who have challenging behaviour, but most importantly... someone who is up for an adventure Our aim is to allow our service user to live as fulfilling a life as possible, with a large focus on promoting independence. We like to keep our client busy with day trips to the cinema, outings to concerts or organised fun inhouse activities to keep everybody entertained We are currently offering a range of shift options and flexible work patters, that will allow you to fit your work around your personal commitments.
