**Call Centre Advisor
- Temp £8.91 per hour - Winnersh**
Insurance group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support their customer support team in Winnersh.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 3-month period and will pay £8.91 per hour.
The main duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

- Handling a high volume of incoming and outbound calls to/from existing policyholders
- Processing client payments via card over the phone.
- Managing client queries.
- General administration including note taking, issuing client documents, processing of batch renewals
- Updating and managing customer information.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following knowledge skills and experience:

- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced customer environment
- Previous experience of working in Insurance or financial services is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and strong relationship building skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound organisation skills: ability to perform tasks, prioritise work and confidently manage conflicting demands.
- Sound attention to detail
