Are you looking for a position within a fast-moving customer experience team where no two days will be the same and your personal and professional development opportunities are endless? Our contact centre has the state-of-the-art CRM and phone systems and an outstanding induction and development programme that will set you up to be the very best in the sector.

We have exciting opportunities for customer experience advisors on a full time & part time, permanent basis. Training will be in Basingstoke, but after that it can be hybrid between Basingstoke and Portsmouth (depending on location) and home. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced customer service professional, who has worked in a call centre or busy customer facing environment.

We’re recruiting for full time advisors (8.30-5pm) 37 hours per week & part time advisors minimum of 22.5 hours per week.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
Your communication skills will be your forte, both talking and writing. You’ll have a genuine passion for helping people, with the ability to calm down difficult situations whilst always remaining professional. Due to the fast-paced environment, you’ll need to have excellent time management and prioritising skills and enjoy being busy. You should have experience in a customer focused role, preferably within a call centre environment.

After your training in our Basingstoke office, as long as you are hitting targets, you will have the flexibility to work at home, or in our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office. We’ll want to meet you in our Basingstoke office for 1-1s, team meetings and any future training that can’t be done remotely.
