An opportunity has become available for a **Building and Concierge Host **to be based on-site at 15 Quay Street, Manchester, M3 3HN

The community host will be essential in upholding the best-in-class service for occupiers and guests at The Annex. You will act as the first point of contact for everyone coming into the building, providing a professional greeting and a clear structure for visitors. Responsibilities will include the support of the asset and building management teams, co-ordinating operational services and taking overall ownership for customer experience. The role will include a range of administrative responsibilities, including registration for meeting rooms and event spaces, mail logistics, wayfinding, guest/ visitor services and managing all on-site enquiries.

**Essential duties will include**:

- To deliver a warm welcome to all those who come through the building
- Provide ambassador amenities and services, where you are the ‘go-to’ person.
- Promote a customer service focussed concierge service
- To provide the highest level of service standards to Client, occupiers and visitors.
- To monitor contractor/supplier performance at the building with escalation to the management team as required
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment in line with regulations, policy and procedure.
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels.- Able to actively build and develop relationships internally and externally
- Have a positive, pro-active approach
- Excellent IT skills particularly in Gmail, MS Word package and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate and timely reports
