Do you have a vision for SLCN support as part of the Balanced System Framework

You will provide clinical leadership across Norfolk and Waveney, supporting less experienced colleagues to deliver place based assessment and intervention in line with the Balanced System Framework.

You will be based in the North East and Waveney Collaborative Locality, at a choice of Havenbridge Bridge House (Gt Yarmouth), Northfield House (North Walsham) or Kirkley Children's Centre (Lowestoft) and work in partnership with your peer in the West and Breckland Collaborative Locality, providing leadership across the service.

The post holder will be responsible for the management of a clinical caseload and provide a lead role across Additional Needs Pathway working across Norfolk and Waveney. This involves supporting the team in effective and equitable clinical decision making, ensuring that a good quality service is delivered and maintained. The post holder will work independently and will manage the most complex cases. The post holder will mentor/supervise more junior colleagues, including appraisals and provide advice and support to colleagues as necessary. The post holder will be a member of the leadership team working with the Locality Lead and Service Lead to continually improve the speech and language therapy service by contributing to whole service initiatives.
