Are you customer focused and proactive with attention to detail? We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our infrastructure services team on a 18 months FTC.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Health, Safety and Facilities Lead in providing efficient and effective facilities management and health and safety services.

The Facilities Coordinator will be based from our London office but also support the management of our offices in Brighton, Birmingham, Bristol, Belfast, Cardiff, Leeds, and Manchester.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:
This role requires someone with good facilities management experience and organisational skills along with ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. Knowledge of workplace health and safety, manual handling and experience conducting risk assessment is also important. It would also be useful to have experience of working within a service desk environment and knowledge of sustainable/green office management.

**The team**:
You will be working within the Facilities Team supporting all FOE offices making sure facilities are running smoothly. The team also works closely with the Service Desk team.

**Closing date: Thursday 3rd November (23:59)**

**Contract Type: 18 months Fixed term contract**

**Hours: 35**

**Location: London**
