Role Summary/Purpose
By becoming a member of GE Vernova’s Communications team, you will help build the story and engagement around a significant and public company transformation. You’ll work closely with teams from across the world to demonstrate GE Vernova’s progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.
The Operations + Channels Communications Leader will oversee the strategy and management of GE Vernova internal communication channels and help deploy culture and purpose campaigns utilizing them. This leader will also own the monthly Watt newsletter and other broad employee communications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Create informative, relevant and inspiring internal/employee/executive content and assets for projects and campaigns across multiple internal stakeholder groups
- Drive strategy for internal portal (MyGE+); develop and enhance communications tools and channels to promote engagement with employees across the business.
- Draft content and curate articles from other communications team members for distribution of monthly, all-employee e-newsletter and ongoing content updates for internal portals.
- Measure and report on internal communications performance and make recommendations to team based on findings
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related field (Communications, Marketing) or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Significant experience in communications with specific experience in employee communications
- Experience in Corporate Communications and/or Content writing (web/print)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs
- Life-long learner; thirsty for knowledge and curious
- Must be creative, and able to adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Ability to build credibility quickly and become a sought-after resource for communications advice and counsel
- Collaborates across functions and teams with humility and grace.

Responsabilités essentielles
- Créez du contenu et des ressources internes/employés/dirigeants informatifs, pertinents et inspirants pour des projets et des campagnes auprès de plusieurs groupes de parties prenantes internes
- Élaborez une stratégie pour le portail interne (MyGE+) ; développez et améliorez des outils et des canaux de communication afin de promouvoir l'engagement des employés dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
- Rédigez du contenu et organisez des articles rédigés par d'autres membres de l'équipe de communication pour la distribution d'un bulletin électronique mensuel destiné à tous les employés et des mises à jour continues du contenu pour les portails internes.
- Mesurez et publiez des rapports sur les performances des communications internes et faites des recommandations à l'équipe en fonction des résultats
Qualifications/Exigences
- Baccalauréat d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité dans un domaine connexe (communications, marketing) ou connaissances ou expérience équivalentes
