Accounts & Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Purchase ledger processing, including supplier invoice checks & input, weekly payment processing (multi-currency), supplier statement reconciliations, assisting with & resolving supplier queries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Daily stock receipt & transfer processing
- Daily cash postings
- Opening post and distributing to relevant team members
- Assisting with payroll admin & month end preparations when required
- Provide assistance and cover for the team during month end/year end/holiday periods
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a similar accounts & admin or purchase ledger role
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- AAT or similar qualifications desirable but not necessary
Highly organised, reliable, and professional. They will have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
