Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace.
- Perform secretarial/clerical duties as required and set out by the home manager.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and exhibit excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure new starters staff files are made up with all of the correct information and evidence needed, this includes undertaking DBS checks, checking PIN numbers and visa expiry dates and requesting references.
- Other admin tasks set out in job description
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record management.
- Familiarity with Office and Excel.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.70 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
