Site Administrator

**Role Title: Site Administrator**
**Reports To**: Project Manager
**Department**: Construction / Project Management
**Location**: Murton, Seaham area (or similar site-based location)
**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative matters on site.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including timesheets, delivery notes, permits, site diaries, and general administrative documentation.
- Coordinate site inductions and maintain training and health & safety records in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support procurement activities by liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding materials and deliveries.
- Assist the Site Manager and Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure the site office is organised, stocked with necessary supplies, and running efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute reports, site updates, and communications as required.
- Liaise with stakeholders including project administrators, contractors, and other team members to support project administration.
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a construction or site-based administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with construction-related terminology and documentation is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
**Qualifications and Technical Requirements**
- CSCS card (preferred or required depending on site access).
- Understanding of UK health and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
