Resident Advisor

Here at Fresh we are excited to be recruiting for a Resident Advisor for our brand-new, super stylish site, Winfield Court, Nottingham. Perfectly located in the heart of Nottingham’s newest and most exciting area, The Island Quarter. An iconic canal-side destination, close to incredible restaurants, bars, and amenities.

The building offers brand new state-of-the-art communal spaces, including an amazing cinema room, podcasting suite, games console room, study spaces, an on-site gym and even private dining facilities

This exciting position offers full time hours of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis.

As a Resident Advisor you'll act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents providing and exceptional support service to ensure that the property runs smoothly, and the residents feel supported. In the run up to site opening in September, you will be assisting with the organisation of our social events, be on hand to greet prospective students at our open days and be comfortable handling any viewing enquires.

As with all the members of our accommodation teams, our Resident Advisors are responsible for delivering a 5-star service to our customers. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Organising events and open days for prospective and current residents.
- Covering the main reception during office hours, this will include sorting the mail.
- Be the face of Fresh for residents Liaising with them on a regular basis making sure that residents feel supported and valued.
- Undertaking viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query.
- Receiving and processing payments, and monitoring / chasing rent arrears when necessary.
- Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date and within GDPR regulations.
- Liaising with the maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly.
