Barista (Daytime Only)

This role is for an experienced Barista to join our team in a beautiful setting at **The National Archives on the River in Kew Gardens**. The positions can be from 36 - 46 hours (min. 5 days) per week with all overtime paid, shifts over 7 days a week, usual opening time Monday to Saturday and every first Sunday of the month. Currently there are two shifts, with earliest start at 7am and latest finish at 4.30pm.

All produce is hand-made by the team on the premises or produced in our dedicated historic bakery near The Gardens.

Work duties include (but not limited to):

- Serving customers
- Cash handling
- Making coffees, teas, sandwiches
- maintain, cleaning service areas,
- hygiene and records,
- stock monitoring and reporting for ordering

Applicant must be confident working alone and as part of the team.

The Team is self-sufficient and this makes the work varied and interesting. An organised and passionate individual to join the others in the Team who share our ethos would be great.
