**What could you be doing?**

You will carry out a range of activities to ensure our properties and the surrounding areas remain clean, tidy, safe, secure and in good condition. You will be helping to make our communal properties great places to live.

Day to day tasks will include keeping communal areas clean and hazard free, leaf clearance, weed spraying, litter picking, removing graffiti to maintenance and minor repairs and dealing with fly tipping.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours a week Monday - Friday with core hours of 8- 15:30 with no weekend working.

**We want somebody who has**:

- A positive outlook with a flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team
- You will need a keen eye for detail and be committed to achieving high standards
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment undertaking cleaning and caretaking duties
- Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks
- Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
- This role also requires a Basic DBS check.

You’d need to be based in or close to Worcester, Malvern and Droitwich.
