**Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, your main responsibilities will include the following**:
- Co-ordinate our orders in real time
- Answer phone queries and liase with customers, restaurants and drivers
- Driver Support
- Monitoring wait times and acting accordingly
**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Previous customer service experience desirable, either in retail or hospitality
- A great telephone manner. If you're not afraid to pick up the phone - this is for you
- Experience of working to deadlines, or under pressure
- A high command of written English
- Microsoft Suite and/or IT Skills
**Additional Information**
This is a part time role covering our busiest periods, which are evenings and weekends. It is fast-paced, fun and a great opportunity to develop your skills within the customer service field.
