**Job Title**:Office Administrator with reception duties
**Location**:5 Duncrue Place, Belfast, Bt3 9BU
**Responsible to**:Office Manager
**Provides services to**:General office admin support
**Salary & Benefits**:£21,000 - after six months probation to £22,000
**Hours**:You will normally work 40 hours per week, generally 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.00am to 2.30pm Friday.
**Aims of the post**:
- Supporting administration for the commercial office
- Process company reports
- Updating company data base
- Use of a word processing package such as Microsoft
- Organise and scan paperwork, documents, etc
- Create and maintain files and other office systems
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment
- Use a variety of software packages (including Excel, PowerPoint & Sage)
- Sort & distribute incoming post, organise and send outgoing post
- Issuing, recording & restocking PPE
- Organising travel arrangements for employees
