**The Role**
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to join a well-regarded organisation in Holywood. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within an established team, with a focus on supporting daily administrative functions and managing front-of-house reception duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them as necessary.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional environment for staff and visitors.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support internal teams with meeting arrangements and calendar management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
