**We are looking for a technically minded, data driven and highly strategic Head of SEO.**:
**Working with the wider Performance teams to define and deliver a best in market **SEO** proposal as part of a wider agency proposition.**

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a technical and strategic Head of SEO to take overall leadership of SEO clients, facilitating growth and ensuring our delivery and strategy is best in class.

You will need a demonstrable track record of building and developing a highly performing and well-rounded team.

You will need to support the successful acquisition of new clients via the creation of successful digital and integrated strategies.

**The Package**:

**Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Comfortable in creating, developing and implementing client strategies.
- A strong and proven knowledge of technical SEO.
- An understanding of overall SEO and integrated strategy beyond what might be considered pure technical SEO.
- Ability to perform full technical audits, with recommendations and consultancy to formulate and implement solutions.
- Supporting the successful acquisition of new clients via the creation of successful digital and integrated strategies.
- Growing and developing a highly performing and well-rounded team.
- Take an active role in raising both your own and CreativeRace’s profile within the industry.
- Lead senior client liaison and relationships.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure the agency teams are focused on the agreed KPI’s and results.
- Take responsibility for the commercial performance of clients and ensure that there is a clear framework of results and measurement in place for each client and the relevant team.
- Review, update and monitor key process and technology to help support best in class delivery.
- The responsibility to ensure that we are aware of and, where applicable, lead industry innovation including tools, technology and ways of working to ensure we have an up to date and relevant proposition.
