**What is the role?**

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Support Workers who want to be a part of a leading support service for our children and young people.

Your role will be to support children with, in most cases, extremely challenging behaviour, and support them to achieve their outcomes which are recorded in their support plans. Other children requiring to be supported have complex physical needs, and again all relative support information is documented in their support plans. The priority for these children is to provide them with consistency, and clear boundaries.

An HNC or SVQ3 or above in Health & Social Care is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
