**Engage with colleagues & suppliers to deliver procurement value. Main Duties include**:
- Provide back office procurement support to the business unit operational teams
- Support in the co-ordination of on-going supplier relationships tracking & feedback loop into internal / external stakeholders
- Working with colleagues from across the business unit and function to align our approach towards ensuring our front line colleagues are supported
- Aligning P2P reporting approach across the BU and functional teams to standardise our data management
- Working alongside QSHE & operational colleagues, managing the collection, periodic review and storage of key supplier risk management information
- Being a key member of the team supporting the onboarding and ongoing data management of the supply base within the Coupa system
- Help create and regularly update key procurement metrics and reports
- Being a champion for Coupa to support the role out and ongoing activities across the BU
- Periodic savings reporting for the BU
- Data dashboard management to ensure that data for the BU area is clean and effective for use
- Continually seek personal skills development opportunities to support career progression within Mitie procurement
**What are we looking for**
- Excellent skills managing and manipulating data from sources such as Excel
- Ability to work with PowerBi to support in the development of efficient and effective reporting
- A 'hands-on' operator - works effectively to deliver targets on their own, and as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise to support multiple projects and know when to ask for help.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of procurement activities.
- Positive attitude to developing skills and knowledge through both formal and informal learning routes
- Work experience or previous roles related to Procurement or Supply Chain
