Hotel Receptionist

Full Time - 5 shifts per week including weekends and evenings
- One weekend in 3 off

The 4 Star Washington Central Hotel is looking for a receptionist to support our existing team on our busy reception desk.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. With core skills in hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and addressing customer inquiries. You must be IT literate and have worked in a fast paced customer facing role as well as some experience of cashing up and/or end of day.

**Qualifications**
- Hotel or relevant customer facing experience
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent phone and in person etiquette
- Ability to handle front desk duties effectively
- Cash handling and cashing up
- Good IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
