As a part of our nutrition moderation team at Team RH, you’ll be responsible for ensuring we are providing an accurate and diverse range of food, drink and recipe data to our members. As we continue to grow our database, we’re looking for dedicated Moderators to join our team and help ensure the accuracy and quality of our database.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position.

**Responsibilities**
- **Recipe Data Input**: Enter food item profiles and related information into our database with precision and attention to detail. This includes nutritional information, ingredients, measurements, cooking instructions, and relevant tags or categories.
- **Content Review**: Review and evaluate user-submitted entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to our guidelines. Ensure that all entries meet our quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the database, such as typos, formatting issues, missing or incorrect information.
- **Categorisation**: Accurately categorise data into appropriate cuisines, dietary preferences, and special categories to enhance user searchability.
- **User Communication**: Interact with users to clarify accurate details, request additional information, or provide feedback on their submissions when necessary.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest improvements to our data input processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic nutrition knowledge and an interest in cooking and food is a plus.
- Proficiency in using recipe databases or content management systems.
- Previous experience in data entry or content moderation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication, both verbal and written - the last stage of our interview process includes a spelling, grammar and punctuation test. Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments prior to the interview.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, both Android and iOS.
- A bubbly and outgoing personality - the ability to start a conversation with customers with ease.
