**The team**
This exciting role sits within the Housing Asset Management section and is shared between two dynamic and customer-focused teams: the Home Ownership Team and the Asset Investment Team.
The Asset Investment Team is responsible for managing the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budget and leads on the planning, development and delivery of the capital investment programmes. These programmes are essential to maintaining and improving the quality of housing stock and includes improvement works such as electrical rewires, boiler replacements, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and other essential property enhancements. The team ensures that investment decisions are data-driven, customer focused and aligned with long-term, asset management strategies.
**About the role.**
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Clerk within Housing Asset. The role will involve clerical and administration support to the Asset Investment and Home Ownership Team, where you will liaise and communicate effectively across all internal and external stakeholders to record, refer enquiries, and obtain information relevant to the service.
You will also assist in the collection, distribution and filing of controlled documents, certification and business process completion, utilise corporate document management tools and systems and update corporate IT systems. Your support will be required in producing statistical reports and in the development and enhancement of business processes for the movement of information through the organisation.
