Aggressive expansion plans are in place and can be justified by the growth and demand we have in a number of property markets including: Residential Agency & New Homes, Property Management, General Practice Surveying, Build & Construction and Investment & Development. We have a surplus of vacancies for new consultants to walk into and further room for developing the business into other verticals in Real Estate, both commercial and residential. **Can you hit the ground running?** - Our business owners and Directors have a clear training and on-boarding plan, clearly laid out from day one. - Your personal development will never be overlooked as we have also lay out a career plan for you from day one to take you into whichever recruitment pathway you choose. **What we need?** We're currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to place experienced property professionals into our established client base. As mentioned, you will likely inherit a warm desk, with jobs ready to place into and you will have the opportunity to account managesome of our large established clients. Our business is split into 6 teams: Residential Agency & New Homes, Property Management, General Practice, Build & Construction, Investment & Development and Business Support. Every single division has delivered in the early part of 2021 and the opportunityto capitalise on this is continually available as we take further market share from our competitors.
