We have a wonderful opportunity for a **Gardener/ Team Leader** to supervise a small team providing gardening services to residential and commercial clients in the South East England and North London regions.
The Garden Company is an award-winning, BALI-registered, garden design, build and gardening company based in Chipperfield, near Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. We design, build and care for gardens and have won multiple national awards. We employ around 20 people full time and currently maintain over 50 gardens, residential and commercial.
You must be passionate about gardening, with a good knowledge of plants, pruning, lawn care and pest and disease identification and treatment. You will also have proven leadership skills and excellent time management. In addition you will need to be well presented and able to communicate effectively with customers and team mates alike.
We are based in a semi-rural location with limited public transport to reach the yard. Work vehicles will be available during the work day.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
