**The Background**
We are working with an NHS Trust who are recruiting for a User Trainer to join on an initial 3 month contract basis. In this role you will support the Delivery Manager and Operational Delivery Team in rolling out training for the Trust's CCD (Care CoordinatedSolution).
**The Role**
As a User Trainer you will Develop and Deliver training to the deployment teams to allow them to train further stakeholders within the trust. You will act as a source of advice and knowledge on education and training Matters to clinical staff and managers includingdoing demos to groups and delivering one to one training both in person and remotely. This will include undertaking training needs assessments, analysing issues and monitoring performance. As part of the role you will also work closely with Regional Trainersto capture specific requirements and feedback on bespoke training plans.
You
**To be a successful User Trainer you will have**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within adult learning
- Good understanding of digital systems and experience training users on them
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
