**Job Title: Trainee Customer Service Advisor**

**Job Purpose**:
As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical product support across our range of Westland brands and products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is passionate about gardening.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently resolve customer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Be a customer advocate and strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized solutions.
- Conduct hands-on problem-solving for specific product queries to deliver accurate advice and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C including Math and English.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- An interest in gardening would be beneficial.
