1x part time: 20 hours per week (Monday - Wednesday)

1x full time: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Part time/flexible working options will be considered

**Salary**:£24,576 to £26,565 per annum (pro-rata if part time)

**Location**: Sherwood Lodge

**The Role**

Nottinghamshire Police are seeking a Full and Part Time Human Resources Coordinator to join them in their Sherwood Lodge Office.

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to People Services colleagues to deliver a high quality, professional and business focused HR, organisational development and wellbeing service.

You will provide accurate information and advice to support the delivery of force objectives.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience working within a team, supporting colleagues and making a positive contribution.
- Understands the values and priorities of the organisation and how the People services function supports them.
- An awareness of HR best practice or employment law.
- An understanding of effective people management strategies and how these impact on individuals, teams and organisations.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to produce management information to inform decisions, HR
plans, management reports etc. ability to provide progress updates
highlighting potential risks by the research, analysis and understanding
of data.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to establish constructive and collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work under own initiative, prioritise workload and manage
competing demands effectively.
- Ability to maintain or produce accurate and relevant documentation,
using systems or processes.
- Evidence of consistent achievement, meeting or exceeding agreed
standards.
- The ability to remain professional and resolute, overcoming resistance
and challenges.
