**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Engagement**: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and a positive workplace culture.
- **Benefits Administration**: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training sessions and development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth.
- **Payroll Support**: Ensure the staff timesheets and payroll information is up to date to be forwarded to the external payroll processing team.
- **HR Policy Implementation**: Work closely with HR leadership to implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Assist in the performance appraisal process, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of improvement plans.
- **Compliance Management**: Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance and updating policies accordingly.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Successful HR Coordinator will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualification.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles, preferably within the telecommunications or within a global matrix organisation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
