We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Hull site HR team as our new Site HR Administrator.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to begin or progress their career within HR. You will have the opportunity to get involved in lots of fun activities as part of the engagement plan whilst supporting the Site HR Manager and HR Advisor with all administrative tasks, including absence reporting, ER caseload coordination and maintaining employee records held within our HR system.

You will be supported and mentored by an experienced Site HR Manager who is looking for an individual who is passionate about developing their career within HR. You may already be working in an HR Administrator position, or this might be your first role in an HR team out of college or university.

You will need to hold your CIPD Level 3 or working towards this, have previous administrative experience and strong IT capability.

You’ll receive lots of ongoing learning and development, including HR-specific training through our legal partners.

This is a really fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR where you’ll be fully supported and encouraged to grow with BBF.

**The role of an HR Administrator at BBF**
- Provides administrative support in preparing all relevant employee documentation.
- Administers the HR database and associated systems and ensures the accuracy of information.
- Administrates employee wellbeing interfaces e.g. OH to promote positive employee relations and minimise absence rates.
- Generates KPI data using the HR Systems to inform functional and business decision-makers.
- Collates and provides relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner showing trends and in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence data.
- Provides support to the HR Team in recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes to promote efficient service delivery.
- Provides procedural direction to employees on HR-related policies and practises.
