We are currently supporting a fast-growing Private Equity backed Financial Services business who are looking to expand its team and hire a Business Development Manager. Based in Birmingham and offering a salary of £30,000 plus a realistic first year OTEof £60,000 with the top earners achieving £70,000 plus.

Working within the R&D tax space you will be contacting the decision makers of businesses explaining how you can help the business get tens of thousands of pounds completely on a no-win no fee basis. You'll be consultative in your sales approach and not afraidof completely cold, standing start sales - we do have inbound strategies though to help you along the way.

Business Development Manager Package:

- Basic Salary of £30,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic first-year OTE of £60,000
- Car Allowance plus use of fuel car for visits
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Regular social and team events
- 2 years' experience in B2B or BDM role
- you'll need access to a car and a full licence, as the role is mainly based around Face 2 Face meetings and networking
- ability to manage your own time and build your own desk
