We’re looking for a motivated student to join our team as a Marketing Executive to help us grow our online presence and strengthen our brand in the local community.

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a student looking to gain real-world marketing experience in a creative, hands-on environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and increase our social media following.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Develop creative campaigns to promote menu items, events, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor engagement, track follower growth, and suggest improvements.
- Support brand awareness initiatives both online and in the local community.
- Research trends in food, drink, and hospitality marketing.
- Collaborate with the café team to capture authentic content (photos, videos, stories).
- Provide monthly reports on social media growth and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- A student with an interest in marketing, business, or media.
- Creative thinker with strong written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
- Passion for food, coffee, and community-driven businesses.
