**The Client Care Manager Role**

As a Care Manager you are possible for overseeing the quality of the care documentation, ensuring that it is of the highest standards and reflective of people’s changing needs.

You’ll have responsibility for paperwork compliance ensuring that it meets CQC’s requirement.

For clients, you’re the face of the company; meeting in their homes to do their initial meetings and assessments to fully understand how to meet their needs. You’ll write up the assessment and help to create care plans. On a regular basis you’ll completereviews with clients, involving their families where needed.

The Care Manager is the point of call for problem solving or queries about their care from them or their families and you’ll represent the domiciliary care agency’s values by being kind, friendly and professional at all times

- Has a can-do attitude
- Will ideally hold NVQ3 in health and social care
- Is a driver with own vehicle
