Job Overview:
Join our friendly and dynamic team at Saint Catherine’s Care. We are seeking a professional and skilled part-time Care Coordinator who excels in efficiency and is able to deal with multiple tasks associated with the provision of care. Although this role is part-time (3 days per week) there is scope for development into a full-time role.

**Duties**:

- Advise and direct care staff in their role
- Meet and arrange care for new clients, making assessments of care needs and liaising with healthcare professionals
- Conduct reviews of clients and do staff supervisions
- Take phone calls, arrange staff rotas and training sessions
- Having a UK driver’s license and your own transport is essential for this role
- Maintain industry and CQC standards of care provision

**Experience**:

- NVQ Level 3 or above or equivalent qualification
- Experience in care coordination
