Dishwasher

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitise dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Organise and restock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist with general kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors as required.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere within the kitchen.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.05 per hour
