**Duties**
- Clean and sanitise all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing machines effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as required.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and cooks in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary setting is preferred but not essential.
