Bartender and Mixologist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to our customers. Your expertise in bartending, hospitality, and time management will ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food orders
- Stay updated on current industry trends, new ingredients, and mixology techniques
- Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of alcoholic beverages
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
