Mixologist/bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. Your expertise in creating unique and delicious cocktails will contribute to the overall dining experience at our establishment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink garnishments - Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
