**This Merton based Secondary Academy are looking for a professional and dedicated SRC Manager to join their highly respected school. As SRC Manager, you will monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a mentor and coursefacilitator. As well as, facilitating and encouraging a support/intervention experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. The successful SRC Manager will have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, orequivalent - Undergraduate degree is desired, but not essential.
